The Chance Sells Team was very hands on from the very beginning of the process. I was informed on the marketing process and procedures. Chance and his whole team was amazing. Chance came into our home and made suggestions (painting, pine straw and decluttering) that made our house ready to present. We followed all his direction, because we relied on his experience. His photographer did stunning pictures that represented our home well and they have an automated booking system. We downloaded the app and realtors set and requested times that we were able to approve and fill up bookings at times that worked for our schedule, but without having a ton of unnecessary conversations. 2 days after we went on the market we have 10 respectable offers. Chance reviewed the options with us and we chose the best offers. By day 5 we had a signed contract. After that, his team kicked in and communicated throughout the process and they helped us find and close on our new home ahead of schedule. Working with Chance and the finance team he suggested provided an efficient experience. In less than 60 days we were in our new home. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process.
