I started in the moving industry at age 19 to help pay for college. 12+ years later, with my degree, I am still helping people move as a Relocation Consultant with Armstrong Relocation! I utilize my past experience in the field to construct individualized relocation plans for each of my customers with the goal of reducing stress and delivering reliability locally, nationally, and internationally.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in-home survey and consultation to create a customer move plan as well as provide a quote for the services in the home that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in Industrial Engineering which helps with the logistical planning required to create a strong relocation plan. My experience in the field, and with the operations team here at Armstrong, also gives me the needed platform to ensure all moves are properly planned and priced from the beginning.
