We have been in business over 30 years and have 100s of satisfied customers. We are a boutique cleaning service, customizing the services you want, the way you want. We can schedule your services weekly, biweekly, monthly or on an as-needed basis. Recurring services have the same worker and the same day. We provide helpful household hints. Not only do we clean, but we offer handyman services as well.
Our commitment is having satisfied customers. Our biggest compliment is when a customer refers us to a potential client. We have a 40% referral rate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to learn the specifics of your home and your needs. We customize our services to your requirements, schedule and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each worker is personally and professionally trained in Simply The Best techniques and methodologies for up to 8 weeks prior to being assigned. Each worker is bonded, insured and has successfully passed a background check. The average length of service for our workers is 13 years!! Each worker is thoroughly trained in the specifics of your home or office before working independently.

How did you get started in this business?
We have served Northeast Atlanta since 1987. Our service area reaches from Stone Mountain to Sandy Springs, Chamblee & Dunwoody to East Point, East Atlanta, Decatur and all points in between.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential Customers include singles, couples, families; apartments, house, condo, townhouses and multilevel homes. We’ve even cleaned a trailer home!
Commercial: Offices and the common areas of apartment, condo & other complexes, social and exercise rooms, hallways and staircases, laundry rooms and storage areas. We clean model apartments and homes, too.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently provided a move-out clean of a multilevel residential property that had 7 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. On the surface, the house looked fairly clean; however, once we got into the nitty gritty, there were areas that had been neglected for a long time. We paid special attention to the kitchen appliances, bathrooms and all floor surfaces. It took our workers 38 hours over 2 1/2 days to complete the task. When we were finished, this home was Simply The Best clean!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You should feel comfortable with the people working in your home. You should be able to communicate your needs with any staff member. The company should be flexible in ensuring satisfactory service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You should know before contacting a service how often you want/need a cleaning. You must be realistic about the condition and needs of your home. Be specific about what you want and be specific about your expectations. Are their workers bonded and insured? Ask if you need to shift a routine appointment at the last minute does it incur additional costs, or is the appointment is transferrable to another time.
