What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect as much information for the repair/ installation then estimate what the cost and time frame then submit a quote. Once accepted we could begin either the job or the ordering of materials to a job site. Then begin job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Tradesman. I learned electrical work from my father, uncles and their friends. I have been keeping upto date on emerging technologies to stay on the cutting edge of my trade. In addition I provide various Structure Cabling such as Cat 5e, 6a Ethernet installation and testing. Home automation, home theater, fire alarm and access control. We also provide central vacuum installation and repair.
