Elaine Roberts Drafters and Designers rates for new residential construction plans range from 50cents to 1 dollar per sqft of heated and cooled spaces. There are no additional charges for porches, garages or other areas under roof. All plans include standard construction plans and 3d renderings. Intial Site Visits are also included.

Schedules and Notes
3d Renderings
All site visit initial consultations are subject to a $300 site visit fee which is deducted from the clients bill once services are rendered.
