Everyday is a new day with new challenges. We get to work with local rescue organizations to help pets that have been abandoned. Our clients are just amazing! They love they're fur kids so much and it shows.

We love what we do and it shows with our level of client care and how we interact with each other. Our motto is work hard, have fun and take care of our patients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We welcome new CAC clients and patients as if they were family to our practice. Generally they come in for the appointment, we have clients fill out a new client/patient form and provide them the best customer and veterinary care possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Of course our veterinarians are boarded and licenced. Our entire staff, including our groomer attend continuing education, to strengthen and broaden their skill set. 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We do have standard pricing, but we customize care for each individual pet. We prefer you call and speak with one of our staff members so we can more acurately provide you with accurate cost.

How did you get started in this business?

Love and passion for animal welfare. Both veterinarians started their love of animals since childhood. It stayed with throught their youth and has blossomed into a fulfilling career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are a small animal practice. We see cats, dogs and pocket pets.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We not one care for our patients, but do several community events and are very active with wonderful organizations like Shamrockin' for the Cure. Our goal is to make an inpact in the community, for both humans and animals since that bond is so closely intertwined. We thrive when we give back. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

You pay what you get for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Are the veterinarian and staff up to date with new medical techniques and treatments? 

How flexible are they with scheduling?

How easily can you communicate with staff and veterinarians?

Do they offer more than just medical care?
