What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a face to face consultation however I know that is not always possible so we can face time or assist you over the phone if you are not local. If you are a cash buyer we like to have proof of funds letter from your banker ahead of time. If you need a mortgage we would like to have the preapproval letter ahead of time. If you are a seller we can make arrangmeents to gain access to the property to give you tips on what to do to sell the property easier. We can make the complex process smooth and stress free.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a mortgage lender for 21 years. I have GRI and EPro certification and I am the Broker of the office
