What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have a conversation with new customers whether it be in the office in Cartersville or via phone, text or email. This determines if and when the person is actually ready to move forward with the process a real estate transaction. Buyers need to get prequalified and Sellers need to have their homes in the best shape possible in order to get the most return of their investment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my real estate license in February 2016 and have completed many many hours of continuing education courses that are offered throughout the year.
How did you get started in this business?
Once my children were grown and out on their own I was wanting something to do. My husband being a business owner himself and works in the housing development thought that I would be good at being a Realtor. So, I did just that. I went to class, studied, passed tests and received my real estate license.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with people looking to buy or sell real estate.
