What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While each client's goals are different, with today's competitive market, if a client is interested in a specific home, I generally suggest we meet at the home for a showing first. Buyer consulatation meetings are great, but not at the cost of missing an opportunity on a home that you know will sell quickly.
For relocation buyers, we offer video consulations and video tours.
Investors, we offer non-exclusive brokerage agreements with video tours and rental assistance.
