What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From the time we first get the lead I try to contact them by email first, to see when a good date would be to meet and go over there project. I can then follow up with a written proposal on a compnay letterhead for there review.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from High School and got into this business immediately. I started by installing aluminum siding on new homes in the 80's and thoughout all the years we are a total exterrior remolding company from the roof down.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Every home is different but we price by the square for siding, width by height, and by the footage price for gutters, painting etc.

How did you get started in this business?

Graduated High School in 1978 and wanted to be a Vetenarian but no money in those days. Started installing aluminum siding on new homes for a few years, then the vinyl siding started being installed throughout the 80's and 90's and still installing some vinyl siding. The Hardieplank Concrete Siding started around 1995 and took over the market. Over the years I have installed it all and we can replace your roof, siding, gutters, decking, painting you name it we can install it for you.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with new home owners buying there first home, or with customers buying there final home that they will leave in for the rest of there lives. I have worked with customers that own scores of homes and we keep them maintaned for them. We have remolded many Condominium Complexes & Townhomes including several Cracker Barrels in the Southeast.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I like to go to the Home Shows, when they come to town to learn all the new materials and modern face lift products.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Check there reviews and check with the BBB. These are customers that are describing there experiance with the company of choice.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What type of materials are best for there needs, how long will the process take once we start. How do you get paid do you take credit cards etc.
