    He was late. When he was called to find out he why late, he said he overslept. Will never use his service again.


    I had to call him to wake him up because he wasn't on time to pick up the sofa. He was over an hour and a half late. His response was that he overslept. I will not be using him again.

I worked for a moving company for 8months and learned everything and from then I purchased my first truck 12years ago and been doing it since.. 

What types of customers have you worked with?

Local, long distance, commercial business owners, and people with all sorts of personalities, and just about all races.. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I had a customer fall down and hurt herself while on the premises, and had to rush her to Piedmont medical center.. She turned out OK.. Thank God! 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Focus on professionalism, and definitely appearance and hygiene.. 

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

They should always be as detailed as possible about the contents of the property, boxes, furniture, stairs and etc.
