What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a meeting with the pet and owner at my home to determine if pets are a good fit with each other and owner, as well as myself, is comfortable with the environment. It is important to determine if all pets are tolerant of each other before agreeing to the pets boarding or daily visit. Stress and anxiety can produce unnecessary health issues for the pet, we want them as comfortable as possible.
