For starters, I am a new groomer trying to get into the field. My services stand out from the rest because I guarantee your pets will be treated like my own and given the outmost love, and attention whether they are being groomed or watched while your out of town. You will receive pictures, videos and updates of your pets to ensure their happy and healthy while you are away. Pictures and updates throughout the babies groom to show progression. All pets are family members and will be treated as such!
I enjoy seeing the difference in personalities in a dog from when a groom starts to when it's done. I enjoy pets of all sizes, the small to the very big. I love when I watch people's babies when they go out of town and they still act like they are gone with them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will greet and communicate with the customer like they are already family. Their pets will be treated like they are own furbabies. I will go into detail about what I would be doing, or what was done so the client is not left out of the loop with their pets. If the client doesn't understand something I will gladly explain everything to them. No questions asked!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through the online schooling through Stratford University and successfully passed and completed every course.
