Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to truly get to know you on a one on one basis, and find out what details you genuinely want in your home in order to make it a really unique experience, as well as your home being a place you're exstatic about, and leaves you with a comfort that will stand the test of time!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing will vary substantially based on client's requests and the types of materials and detial you'd like to have in your home. We strive for quality that hopefully fits your budget!
How did you get started in this business?
Growing up in a construction background, my father taught me the importance of standing out against the bombardment of competitor's pricing by offering an experience that is unmatched by most. Listening to our customer's, and really understanding their wants, needs, and concerns. It's not just about getting the sale. It's your name, it's your brand, it's being a problem solver that goes beyond just scratching the surface. I've been able to take that advice and instill those fundamentls with those that come to work with us, and grow it to the level that it is today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with a variety of clients with all types of requests and concerns in regards to their home. Tackling each one individually and developing, what we'd like to be is, repeat business is one of our personal goals. We want you to enjoy working with us so much that we continue a lasting relationship for years to come. We want your home to be a safe, comfortable escape, free from the issues that you face from the outside world. We know how important that is for you!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We've built relationships with clients that have grown far beyond just a working relationship, long after the work has been done. That to me is something that truly stands out! We've had experiences where we've been invited back for the pool party after installing the covered deck to watch the game on Sunday, or to share a slice of pizza after the work day is over, and have great genuine conversations, etc. Knowing these individuals and families really appreciate our work by taking these extra steps, creating lasting memories, and befriending them and gaining their trust over the course of working with them is a beautiful feeling! While we still try to uphold the upmost professionalism when at your home, it's nice that they've grown to feel comfortable with us, and they can let their guard down, knowing we have their genuine best interest at heart!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
One thing I've learned is quality work is not always cheap, and cheap work isn't always quality! It's important to consider what you're going to recieve in regards to details in order to know your project will be seen through to the end. I've heard numerous horror stories from clients we've helped in the past where they get left behind without the project ever being completed. Pricing jobs out approriately is key! Having us speaking directly with supply companies, and following the fluctuations in pricing can also help getting you the best bang for buck! We earnestly strive to get you the right price, for the right job, and having the follow through needed in order to meet not only your standards but our own!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Am I ready to go forward with my project, and have I considered ideally what this could potentially cost me? What does my project entail both timewise and financially? Can I trust them? What type of feeling do they leave with me after they're gone? Do they have the confidence level and know how to not only quote me out appropriately, but also match that at the end of the project? Are they asking the right questions in order for you to feel stronger about their abilities in tackling the various issues? Did they really address my concerns, do they really listen to my needs in general?
