Kimberly Yates is the Founder of the Cumming based Real Estate Brokerage, Yates Estates. Kimberly started her Real Estate Career in 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia with immediate success. Closing on average of 150 homes a year and grossing upto $30 Million in sales volume, a team concept was created in 2013. Since then, Kimberly has mentored over 75 Agents to join in the continued Growth of Yates Estates. Yates Estates Brokerage was founded in March of 2017 and has continued to expand over the past 2 years.
Yates Estates is known for unmatched work ethic, response time, professionalism, and the ability to close homes. We strive for higher volume sales than any other Real Estate Brokerages and our Goal is to continue to grow with MORE Agents, More Listings, and More Closings.
