What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When selling your home we will send our courrier out with our marketing materials for you to review prior to us meeting at your home. We will go over our plan of action in order to sell your home in the fastest time possible while netting you the most profit. We have a team of people who will stay in constant communication with you throughout the entire process so you will always know what to expect.
When purchasing a home we will meet with you at one of our two office locations to walk you through what to expect when buying a home. If you have not been pre-approved to purchase, we will recommend three of our preferred lenders to work with so that you can trust you will be working with professionals looking out for your best interest. We will then actively search for properties that meet your criteria, show you these properties, and when you are ready to make an offer handle all of the contracts and negotiating based on the feedback you give us.
We believe in educating our clients every step of the way so they are fully aware of the process.
