We are an Experienced Real Estate Team who Listens to our Buyers and Sellers want, needs and Must have's.
When we work with Sellers, their home is shown only to qualified home buyers. We don't show their home before 9am or after 8am - their family time is valuable too. We assist with staging, getting contractors or a handyman if needed. We make suggestions updating and making their home show Ready.
When we work with Buyers, we 1st get to know them and their family, discuss what type of home they want & where, we make suggestions and also let them choose. We assist with Financing, Inspection, Insurance, Pest Control, locating schools, doctors, dentists and sports teams for their kids.
We go above and beyond to make the home Selling and/or Buying experience smooth and easy.
I am the Team Leader and have been a full time Realtor for 31 years. I am a Broker, Certified Residential Specialist and our Team sells 70 to 100 homes per year.
