RE/MAX Town And Country
About
I started my first career as a Registered Nurse where I always had my client's interest in mind. In 1999 I became a Realtor and have the same mindset. My goal is to make a stressful situation such as buying and selling as smooth as possible.
I deal with both buyers and sellers. I have acquired credentials to increase my knowledge base so that I can assist my clients with their needs.
I am an Accredited Home Stager and perform this function at no cost to the seller to ensure the home looks its best.
You won't be disappointed if you hire me. Remember this: No One Sells Like Rosanne Wells!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet the client and explain to them how I work. Clients need education and information about the current marketing trends. This enables them to make a good decision.
I am a Certified Resdential Specialist and in an elite membership where networking and referrals are crucial to expanding marketing for my properties. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. This helps me in meeting my client's needs.
Repeat customers and referrals are a cornerstone to my business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation that only 10 per cent of Realtors have obtained. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, an e-Pro, and an Accredited Staging Professional.
I have done Relocation Services, assisting clients in a move within the state or outside of the area.
I have these designations to better serve my clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no standard pricing for representing a client. It depends on what the client needs.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business in 1999 with a successful career in Nursing behind me. I wanted to "take care" of clients in a different way and this venue allowed me to be versatile and creative, while maintaining my contact with the public. It was new and exciting, and I strived to learn as much as I could to further serve the needs of my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers and sellers both local and those that are relocating. I refer clients to services they might need such as mortgage lenders, contractors, local businesses and information about schools.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who you can relate to and who you can trust. Someone who keeps their word and that you can rely on is invaluable.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask how long the person has been in the business, what skills and designations do they have, what other services they might provide and what type of marketing will they use to help sell your home.
Usually someone who has some tenure will be able to navigate the market and be able to communicate well with other agents to get the deal done.
