Typically we schedule an initial conversation with the new client informing them of our process. We also find out exactly what the client needs and wants. At the end of the initial conversation, it is determined by both parties whether or not we can help the customer with their needs. If we can help, then a Brokerage Agreement is given to the client to review and sign. This Brokerage Agreement holds our firm accountable to the client and is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Once the agreement is signed, then we begin going to work for the client.
As a licensed real estate brokerage, we are required to maintain 36 hours of continuing education so that we can stay informed and keep our clients informed of what's going on in the market place. The Qualifying Broker also has a Bachelor's Degree from Georgia State University in Business Management. Our agents are also experienced and trained in Leasing and Property Management Services. Our firm has 17 years of real estate industry experience.
Buyer representation- Up front Retainer Fee $350.00, refunded at closing.
Seller representation- 5%-7% sales commission fee. 6-7% commission includes matterport and drone photos.
