What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we schedule an initial conversation with the new client informing them of our process. We also find out exactly what the client needs and wants.  At the end of the initial conversation, it is determined by both parties whether or not we can help the customer with their needs.  If we can help, then a Brokerage Agreement is given to the client to review and sign.  This Brokerage Agreement holds our firm accountable to the client and is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.  Once the agreement is signed, then we begin going to work for the client.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a licensed real estate brokerage, we are required to maintain 36 hours of continuing education so that we can stay informed and keep our clients informed of what's going on in the market place.  The Qualifying Broker also has a Bachelor's Degree from Georgia State University in Business Management. Our agents are also experienced and trained in Leasing and Property Management Services.  Our firm has 17 years of real estate industry experience.

Buyer representation- Up front Retainer Fee $350.00, refunded at closing.

Seller representation- 5%-7% sales commission fee. 6-7% commission includes matterport and drone photos.

How did you get started in this business?

Real estate has always been an interest for me.  I watched my father buy and sell commercial property.  When I graduated from college I knew that I wanted to work in the real estate business, so I went through the yellow pages and faxed my resume to commercial property management companies.  I landed my first job as an assistant property manager with one of the firms.  My interest in different aspects of the business continued to grow from there.


What types of customers have you worked with?

Our firm works with Domestic & International clients. Our list of clientele consists of buyers, sellers, renters, landlords and more!  


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We have successfully helped many people buy, sell or lease and manage their homes.  Recently we had a buyer client that needed to move from Nairobi, Kenya to the Metro Atlanta area within a 2 month period. They were not able to come view properties physically, so we did everything virtually and they found their house in a seller's market with $40,000 equity and the house had been renovated.  It was a rather seemless process. We beat out 5 other offers.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Always check to see what other clients have said about the professional.  This will give you a good idea of what you're going to be dealing with.

Don't ever be afraid to ask the difficult questions.
