What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we speak with with you find out your real estate needs, then we meet with you face to face or on line to determine a strategic plan to find you the perfect home at the best price or to sell your home at top price. We offer concierge level service for our clients to support you from the beginning of your decision to the end of the closing transaction. We want you to have a smooth worry free experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in the state of Georgia with referral partners around the world that will be able to assist you with a purchase or sell of your home. We are certified with Atlanta Board of Realtor (ABR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR), Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS), First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Referral Exchange (Relocation) and National Association of Expert Home Advisors (NAEA).
