What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down, whether for coffee or in the office and I get a good idea of what the goal is. Buyers -- we talk about neighborhoods, wants, must haves and budget.
Sellers - I look at the house, the comparables and get a game plan outlined for how to sell the home.
Every situation is different, but we are prepared to handle it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Housing and Consumer Economics Degree from The University of Georgia. (Go Dawgs!)
