My name is Charleanne "Fatima" Cannon. I've been a licensed real estate professional since 2005. I first obtained my license in California. I specialize in bank-owned properties, short sales and traditional sales. I pride myself on honesty and integrity. I look out for the best interest of my clients and I work very hard on their behalf.
I love the joy of seeing a family walk into their new home. I love when a homeowner needs to sale their home and are pleased with my professionalism and results.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first connecting to a customer, I like to do a meet-n-greet to put a face with a name and to get aquainted with my customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 28 years of customer service. I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2005. I received my real estate license original and currently in California. I also received my Georgia real estate license in 2016. During my first year in real estate, the market changes swiftly from a tradional market to a short sale/REO market. I had to learn fast and I did. I love working with buyers and sellers. I pride myself in honesty and integrity. I have very tenacious and personable - I get it done!
