Performance Guarantee
When you list your home with our team, you receive our written guarantee that we will sell your present home at a price and within a time frame acceptable to you or we will sell it for free – your choice. There are of course some limitations to this program, and it is not available for all homes. However, unlike some agents who guarantee to buy your home if they can’t sell it, our goal is NOT to own your home, but to sell it for the most money the market will bear.
89 Point Marketing Plan
Most real estate agents have a 3 prong marketing plan for your house. 1. Take the listing; 2. Put it in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and 3. Pray it sells. The Orsini Home Team believes that selling a home for the most amount of money, in the least amount of time and with the smallest amount of hassle for our sellers, takes work. That’s why we consistently apply our 89 point marketing strategy to our 8 week marketing plan. And that’s why we rarely need to use the marketing plan for the full eight weeks!
