What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an appointment, visit the property, measure the project space, ask all the necessary questions regarding the scope of work envolved for this project, go home and draw up a power point sketch for the project listing the scope of work, and type up a detailed estimate for the project.
Email the sketch and estimate to the client along with a list of referal customers who I have worked for in the past.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of construction experience.
