What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the initial phone call, from there we schedule a consultation at the site and discuss customers needs, wishes and budget.
A $150. Consultation fee is due at consultation and will be deducted from bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 year experience as well as GA Realtor. I have the knowledge of where best to put your dollar for your highest return on investment.
