I am an Independent Home Inspector whose number one duty is to the client who is purchasing the home, while being fair to the seller. I also perform Commercial Property Inspections, following the same principles.
I enjoy meeting new people from various backgrounds, occupations, and walks of life. It is particularly gratifying to know that I can personally perform an important service for each of them by helping protect them (and their families) from defects and hazards that might be present in their new home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will quote a price for the inspection to the customer, after getting some basic details regarding the location of the home, the square footage, whether it has a basement, the approximate age of the home, and whether it has a pool or other external features such as an outbuilding.
