What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a meet and greet for prospective campers to make sure that they are comfortable in our all play environment. We do have an application detailing information about the parents and the prospective camper. Campers must be neutered or spayed when more than six months old; current on rabies, distemper and six month bordetella.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Counselors are first aid and CPR trained. They also must complete our corporate training. We also work on understanding dog behaviors.

Standard pricing:
Day camp = $30/day for one camper; 10 day package available to reduce cost; multi-dog discounts also available
Boarding = $50/night for one camper and this includes day camp; multi-night and multi-dog discounts also available
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have all ages and breeds of Campers. We do not discriminate by breed because we believe each dog is basically good. The meet and greet helps us determine which dog isn't comfortable here.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
As a dog parent, I would look for transparency in the dog care business. Since these dogs are most peoples' 'baby', it is very important for the trust to be earned by Camp. To this end, we are open every day for a tour and encourage our parents to watch on the Camper Cams.
