What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a thorough job on the initial call to help determine the proper needs for the customer. At that point we dispatch a licensed, certified, insured employee to their home or place of business to perform the service requested. We provide written proposals of the work to be done. And we take care of all the backend paperwork to make the process as smooth as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years in the HVAC trade, trained certified technicians, continuing education for all employees.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We use a flat rate pricing system for service and detailed prices for larger jobs that are guaranteed.
How did you get started in this business?
My family has been in business in North Georgia since 1947. I started as a helper and moved my way up in the business with proper training and field work.
