What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the needs and preferances of the customer. Typically, we gather all important information and set an appointment to meet. We make sure we know the customer's wants, needs, and preferences in communication, as well as any special circumstances that may affect the sales process. We refer business to lenders, contractors, and other service vendors if needed. We take our customers all the way through the entire sale process and even keep in touch long after closing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grace Realty Group is constantly expanding our knowledge base, as the real estate market is an ever-changing beast. The CEO and lead Realtor, Mary Adams holds a B.A. in Real Estate Studies and is backed by almost 20 years experience. Every year we complete certified continuing education courses to sharpen our skills and stay on top of legal, ethical, and industry changes.

Grace Realty Group strives for 5 star service. In order to serve each client properly, we do not negotiate our service fees. Some points to remember....
Buyers typically do not pay the agents; the seller does. There are usually 2 agents involved in every transaction.
Negotiating service fees means cutting out certain services that are imperative to the marketing and sale process. Any reputable agent willing to discount their services will be quick to discount your home.
How did you get started in this business?
The real estate Industry has always had my attention. I started in property management and moved my way into real estate sales. Everyone on the team have held other service jobs that contribute to our overall skillset.

We have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for referrals. Ask about their area of expertise. Interview more than one agent. Research their reviews.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know what is an absolute need and what are the wants. Know your motivation to move. Know what you can afford as a buyer or the profit you need as a seller.
