2) What is it about your service your clients say they love? Answer: I am known for being a full-service agent. In my reviews on my business page I am known for continual attention, knowledgeable, accessible, considerate/not pushy and reliable.

3) What makes you stand out from the competition? Answer: I am accessible for any reason 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4) Ask 1-3 of your existing clients why they chose you as their realtor? Responses! New home buyer - I am relatable. Seasoned home buyer – I offer continuous support. 2nd time home buyer - I am considerate, not trying to persuade my client into a purchase to benefit myself. 

I am passionate about helping people reach their goals. That goal could be buying a home or selling their home. I love connecting with people and my past clients will say the same about me!!

    Brooke was a God sent! I had gone through two realtors in the past year with no luck. I met Brooke through a Zillow inquiry and from there we hit the pavement running! The amount extended love Brooke show throughout my first time home buying experience. Due to the fact that I am not a Georgia native, it was very important do you have someone that was knowledgeable and understood my needs. Her spirit is so genuine and her heart is so big! I highly recommend Brooke for all of your house hunting needs.

    I closed on my house in November of 2019. This is not my first time buying experience. I chose not to use the agents that I had in the past for several reasons. I didn't want to deal with someone's persuasiveness and opinions that would benefit them. Brooke was more concerned about what I wanted. She made helpful suggestions and took my input into consideration. She always available and answer all my questions without hesitation. She worked diligently with the mortgage company to get the closing date I desired. If you are in the market for a home, I suggest you give Brooke a call. You won't be disappointed.

    Brooke is an amazing Realtor. Realtors need to be accessible, knowledgeable, good and reliable. She nails all of these attributes. She was never pushy or overly opinionated, yet gave great insight on the property and the area. There was one home that she found that she felt like was the one, but when I told her that I didn't feel the same way she respected my decision and continue to help me look. This was my first home buying experience and I felt completely overwhelmed at times, but Brooke helped me stay calm and continued to remind me that it would be all worth it in the end. There are thousands of real estate agents he will tell you how great they are just to get a closing when in reality it's all smoke and mirrors. Brooke is not one of those Realtors. She GENUINELY cares about her clients and want you to be satisfied in the end. I will definitely use her again and recommend her if you are buying or selling a home!!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process is setting up a meeting with a new client to ensure they feel comfortable and to discuss expectations. A meeting can be scheduling a phone call or an in-person meeting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Georgia.  I have 8 years experience in housing, in the non-profit, for profit and government sector.
