What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We create a detailed checklist that provides our customers main concerns or targeted areas. Upon verification of details we allow the customer to select a preference time and date for the cleaning . To ensure cleaning confidence, we provide before and after cleaning videos and pictures before leaving the property to ensure satisfaction.
