What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you book your appointment online, by phone, or email. You are also welcome to call. We will answers any questions you have. Once you bring your pet for his appointment we will do an evaluation and discuss the type of groom you are looking for. Most grooms will take 1-3hrs. It may be longer if your pet requires a complicated groom or needs us to work more slowly. We will call as soon as your pet is ready for pick up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have years of training with animals and hands on experience grooming. We also greatly value your animals well-being above everything else and promise to communicate clearly with you throughout the entire process.
