PAWS Kountry offers professional grooming for all breeds and free run boarding (no kenneling except for drying, feeding and sleeping). We also offer daily daycare with super affordable rates!
For those babies with special needs during their grooms/baths, who aren’t able to participate in our free run area, we offer suites and crates during their time spent with us.
Paws Kountry offers evening boarding pickup at 8pm Monday - Saturday and Sunday 8am, 12noon, 4pm and 8pm. While your baby is staying with us, we text pictures daily and come back at 8pm to check on them. During this time we spend quality time with each baby through lots of playing and cuddles!!
We are proud to say that we have over 180 customer Facebook 5⭐️ reviews!! We have been blessed to have been servicing the Smiths Station area since 2010. We are open Monday-Friday 7am- 6pm EST and Saturday 8am-4pm EST. At Paws Kountry it’s a Dog’s World and we are just lucky to be a part of it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever we have a new customer, we make sure to give them a tour of our facility. We want to make sure that they and their baby feel comfortable in our free run atmosphere. We take their information and we go over the many different packages we offer from daily services to our weekly services.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices start off based on breed for our grooming services. Then, we discuss the condition of the coat,such as matting, and price can vary from there.
Our boarding/daycare prices are set based on days and size of the kennel or suite you choose to board in.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Some questions a customer should consider before talking to a groomer about their needs are what length they would like the coat and face. Another question would be how often they want them to be maintained. Not only do we offer a maintenance package, but the length of the coat also depends on how often you would like your baby to be maintained.
