What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with new customers it's the first set up a meet and greet to discuss the project and then come up with an estimate a plan for completing the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience Hands-On and knowledge start this type of work when I was 15 now 42 over the years I was able to learn for my uncle's my father also went to a technical school some college 4 layout and reading blueprints

Each pricing system is different depending on the job the type of job and what needs to be done to complete the job
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business dealing with my family my uncle's my cousins father they all did the type of work and as I was younger I watch them work and grew up I wanted to do the same trade

I work with all type of customers residential commercial all areas Georgia People Are People all human beings and I aim to please all the same
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recent event I was found out when I had the opportunity to donate some work to the Boys & Girls Club and a baseball stadium that was a need of concrete for the kids I was able to give it back pay it forward
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire someone that is knowledgeable what's needed to be done and make sure they can be trusted

Am I really ready to get this done how soon am I ready to complete this project
