I enjoy helping people to be able to relax and take the stress and load off. It is hard managing day to day and sometimes you want to relax and enjoy family and not get overwhelmed about cleaning their home. When I have completed a job and to see a smile on the customer's face when they have a fresh clean smell and environment let me know I have done a job well done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process of working with new customers is as follows, I like to do a phone call to get a clear understanding of your needs, we give a tentative set price over the phone based off what the customer tell the needs are. I then schedule to come to your home or office to do an estimate to ensure price is accurate. If customer agree we can start then and there are schedule for a date that works best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company started out with JanPro. We have also taken several courses to understand the best practices on chemical, cleaning procedures.
How did you get started in this business?
My husband and I started out in the business by joining the Janpro franchise.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with several large corporations like Brunswick Bowling Alley, World of Beer, Sherman and Hemsteet. We currently have a contract with a industrial plant. We also have a couple of residential clients as well as cleaning apartments for move in and outs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent project that we just completed was preparing home for its new tenants. In this home we had to do carpet clean, deep initial clean , add new flooring. completing the work in this home was great because we where able to get the job done in about 7 hours with the carpet clean and make sure that look and smell great for the new tenants.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure who you hire is licensed bonded and insured.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should know exactly what they need done around their home. Ensure the chemicals that arw being uses are friendly to you and your family sinus and have no allergies. Even know your budget ensuring that the pro understand your budget.
