Our mission here at Jack's Pack is to use our knowledge to offer personal training programs for owners and their dogs. Just like no two humans are alike neither are two dogs. There is no universal training plan for dogs because each dog is different. Here at Jack's Pack, we create a custom and personalized training program that best fits your dog and your schedule. Hence our slogan "Dog Training made personal".

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to understand what the customer wants and asses if I can meet these requirements, if doing in home sessions, I will do an observation in order to communicate with the dog and then create a training plan. If doing boarding, we will schedule a pick up /drop off date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at animalbehaviorcollege.com which consisted of an online portion followed by an in-person externship. In addition to that, I worked with a mentor unrelated to that program who has been training for over 30 years. I have been working with dogs about 4 years ranging from house pets to even rehab programs for shelter dogs.
