We provide quality dog grooming, boarding and daycare services in a low key environment. Safety is our # 1 priority. Our property has a surround security system as well as a ring door bell in our office. The owners, Tracey and Daniel Wilgocki, live on site and are available 24/7. You will receive updates with pictures, videos and face chat per your request with no extra charge. Animals are my passion, I grew up with them at a young age so it's a normal lifestyle for me. Knowing that I am helping others gives me great joy. Dog grooming is my passion. I am A perfectionist when it comes to dog grooming. You should get what you pay for and dog grooming isn't cheap. If my clients are happy, I'm happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet with new customers we take time to get to know them and their fur family. We take notes and ask questions about personality, skin issues, Heath problems and more. We also create a customer profile which saves important information such vet and emergency contact records.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We encourage our employees to sign up and engage in continued education that involves all pet care categories such as pet health, well being, grooming, skin care.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices vary in our grooming department and are based on what type of dog breed your dog is and coat condition, the hair length etc. Our prices in our dog boarding department and daycare are a standard set rate.
How did you get started in this business?
I fell into this careeer honestly. At first I just needed a job and I loved animals. I was offered an opportunity to learn how to groom from one of the top grooming salons in our area. I then decided to go out on my own and build our future with the business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many types of customers who own and breed many types of dogs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always, always do your research when it comes to dog grooming and boarding. Ask question, seek answers, read reviews. If you do not feel comfortable, walk away.
