What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal is customer satisfaction which means I must be a good listener FIRST! Once i have the full details of how the project should be completed, i provide a thorugh and detailed explanation of how the work will be completed professionally, provide options based on home setup, and in addition allow walk through while working. My goal is to make a lasting impression and to always be the go-to guy for any home entertainment solution!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a Top cable industry cable company for over 4 years and have been trained, certified, and validated as a technician! This has given me an advantage in system knowledge, network configurations, power relocation, cable runs, safety/ hazard awarness, and the experience in low voltage technology!

How did you get started in this business?
I grew up always taking things apart and fixing them because my mother was firm on "if it breaks, im not buying another one!" So anytime a vcr, game system, or tv had problems i would be the one to fix it. I made sure i had technology and computer classes in High School and attended Atlanta Tech before working for The Cable Company. I enjoy this profession and it allows me to provide solutions for families like i did for mine.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I cant really put a label on types of customers I've dealt with. Every client i have serviced have special request and it is only right that i provide answers, solutions, and of course a quality installation!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The Advice that i will give a customer is " do your research" on the company you are hiring and ask plenty of questions, regarding their expertise on the work you need done . I've worked with customers who spent alot of money hiring companies that were unsure of how to do the work, but did it anyway. Which leaves them having to spend more money hiring another company to fix where the previous failed at.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should think about expressing to the pro their expectations, & providing them with full details of all of their needs.
