We offer month to month self storage rentals, with no sign-up, administrative fees or deposits. We do not lock you into a long term agreement. We are conveniently located right on Hwy 92 near the border of Woodstock & Roswell. Our storage units range in size from 5x5 to 10x20, both climate controlled and non-climate controlled. All units are ground floor accessed...no stairs or elevators. Best of all, we have units starting at $45/month. We will meet or beat all competitors rates within 3 miles of us. We are family owned and operated. We can meet you early in the morning or late in the evening to work around your schedule.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will call or stop by looking for storage space. After determining what size they need, they sign a month-to-month agreement. They then receive a code to enter the gate, and they bring their own lock or purchase one from us. They are free to access their space anytime from 5 am to 10 pm, unless they request and are granted 24 hour access.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years as an owner and operator of 2 self storage facilities, as well as completing annual training in all areas related to operations and management.
