What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and my experience in both as a Selling or Buyer's agent. Along with I work hard to ensure trust and having my client's best interest thoughout the entire process. Provide them expectations to avoid any surprises. Stay in communication during the entire transaction and follow up. Accessible 24-7 if needed. I Provide contract time lines from the beginning, during the process, and to the closing table. Go over compliance and making suring my client understands the Real Estate verbiage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Real Estate professional as a buyer's agent, listing agent, renovations specialist, commerical, construction-perm specialist. I have extensive mortgage banking background, licensed as a FHA/VA/CONV underwriter, FHA 203k underwriter.

Commissions are always negotiable. Standard commissions are shared within scope of the industry
How did you get started in this business?
My father was a Real Estate Broker, grew up in the business. Also 25+yrs in mortgage banking industry. Licensed as a Realtor for 6+ yrs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for an agent with experience, ask for references and referrals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
For a Seller, Are they ready to sell and what would be involved in marketing a home, know the market conditions. Commitment to allow staging of their home to sell. Realistic expectations
For a buyer, have they done research of areas to live, type of home, know their must have's in a home, understand funds to close, what is the maximum house payment they can afford, and be pre-approved with a lender
