We are licensed, insured, and have been in the household and specialty moving business since 1991. We strive for excellence and it will show with the expertise our movers bring to the job.
One important thing to take in to mind is that with my pricing, you will be charged what I quote you with no surprise adds-ons. Other movers will charge fuel surcharges and insurance upgrades. Our charges are simple and easy to understand.
Moving can be a very stressful time for anyone. We are here to help in any way that we are able. We take the stress from moving, allowing you more time to do the important things.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when speaking with a new customer, they are just beginning the process of finding help with their move. We are pleased to listen to every detail of your move. From there, we will work together to work up a plan of action to get your move completed as cost effective and efficient as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 1991, and it will show with the expertise our movers bring to the job. There are many years combined experience with our crew. We are experienced in moving households, pianos, hot tubs, office buildings, and anything else that may come our way. We hold monthly staff meetings to ensure that all employees are on the same page and up to date on all certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our standard hourly moving service start at $120 per hour. From there, we can make adjustments for more movers, bigger or more trucks, and anything else that each individual situation may call for.
One thing that is important to note is that my pricing includes ALL taxes, fuels, mileages, insurances, etc. There will be no suprise add on fees a the ed of service.
How did you get started in this business?
The family owned a piano store locally and the owner of Piano Movers Plus started as the only piano delivery company in the Chattanooga area. From there, piano moving expanded into specialty moving, and then household moving. We have a passion here to assist people in their time of need. And as we know, who wouldn't take some help while moving?
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have helped custmers from every walk of life. From the newlywed couple who are joining homes to the 40 room office building moving locations. Big or small, we can move it all!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When speaking with any moving company, of course the first thing you should ask is about insurance. From there, we recommend asking about any surcharges or fees that are added to the end of the service. This is one of the many ways we step away from the competition. You know what your bill will be before the job is complete
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is important when speaking with a moving company to consider the stuations at your home or office. Is there a long walk from door to parking, are there stairs to contend with. These small, yet important, pieces of information, are very important to mention.
