What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is the Consultation, which takes place at your home or business and consists of a question and answer session.  You, tell us what you want done.  We listen carefully and take notes. We present our portfolio of work, in a effort to better understand your style and desires.

We also offer online consultations and design services.

Next we will discuss the monetary investment required to achieve the look, quality and experience you desire.

Based on the invest we will discuss timelines for your project and/or changes to the budget.

We then proceed to design, shop and communicate with you on when the installation will take place and those time frames that will be needed.

Then it's time for you to enjoy your new space!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Design Diploma from an accrediated design school. Have taken other classes on design elements, ideas, new products, etc. throughout my business tenue.  I have had a successful design business for over 12 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We charge a rate of $95 an hour.  If there is furniture and/or accessories to be purchased we charge a cost plus basis for those at 35% depending on the sca;e of the purchases.

How did you get started in this business?

I have been designing my whole life, as a young girl I would rearrange the furniture at home and helped other people do the same.  I had an organizing business and found that when I would help a client get things in order then they wanted to get their space refreshed or changed out so I then decided to go into the interior design business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of residential homes and clients and we worked with a large bank and decorated many of their branches here in Georgia.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We are proud to participate in providing donations to the local food banks and other Christian agencies.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Check their business practices, get references and ask for photos of their work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Always, always have a budget before you begin to think about doing a project then talk with the pro to see if it is feasible.
