What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new customer, I love to ask the client about their preferences. How would they like certain rooms to be cleaned? Would they prefer a deep clean or a lightest touch? What products do they prefer? What fragrances do they prefer? I like to show new customers how I would take care of their as if it were my own home that needed to be cleaned.
How did you get started in this business?
I began helping my Aunt clean homes when I first began my teenage years. I've seen her build her clients from 5 to 100 within a matter of years. Her passion motivated me to want others to feel good, feel clean, and feel at ease in their home-living.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with business owners, I have worked with lawyers, everyday stay at home mothers, doctors, elders, professional sports' coach, and everything in between. My customers come from all areas, with different backgrounds and ethnicities.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice for new customers would be to feel comfortable, and trust that I will take care of every task that is asked of my services. Also, another advice I would give is too feel overwhelmed with doubt or unsatisfactory.
