Northern Inspection Service
About
The person who will be doing your inspection is also the owner with 22 years experience. I have flipped and renovated homes.
I have personally rewired a home and completely plumbed a home (for hands-on practice and to prove to myself I know the codes well).
I know the subject matter, I am not reading an IPAD that tells me what to say.
For me this like playing detective. I seek to find what seller are hiding or do not even know.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start the inspection about 3 hours before the client arrives.
Then when client arrives, we go over the findings. I also show them where shut-offs are, and other maintenance issues, shuch as how to change filters.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been code certified since 1997. I have been handy and curious since I was a kid. I worked as roofer and did masonry work and electical work in the summers when I was young. I also worked in the engineering dept of Carrier Corporation, so I KNOW air conditioning and heating concepts better than many service men do.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Homes and buildings are priced by size and distance from me in Atlanta.
How did you get started in this business?
It was suggested to me by someone who knew how knowledgeable I was. It was a former manager I supervised who needed help in installing a power garage door opener.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All. I inspect residential and commercial properties for buyers and sellers.
