What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first talked to the customer to see what the problem is. Based off what we know from speaking with the customer, we create and send a estimate. If the customer agrees with the estimate then we schedule a day and time to come out and fix the problem.

I went to college, studied in electrical construction and maintenance, started as an apprentice and worked my way up to master electrician.
What types of customers have you worked with?
we pride ourselves on customer service. The customer is everything. We work with residential customers as well as commercial customers. Our job just to make sure that at the end of the job the customer is satisfied.
