PRO K-9 Coach is owned and operated out of Gainesville, Georgia by Keith Chapman. Keith is a firefighter/EMT, as well as an animal lover with over 20 years experience in dog training. His passion for dog training was inspired by Steve Irwin's dog "Sui". As he watched an episode of his TV program, Keith saw how beautiful and well behaved Steve's dog was, thus sparking his desire to learn and master the art of k-9 training.
Keith's years of experience and in-depth Knowledge of dog training gives him the ability to train any breed with any level of behavioral issues. No matter if your dog is aggressive, skittish or just needs minor behavior modification, Keith can train your dog to its fullest potential. He also offers packages for personal K-9 protection training.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Message or text to set up a call. We will coordinate a time for in home lesson or in home pick up of your dog. It's important for me to understand the dynamic between owner and dog in that environment. Once a training plan is decided we will move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dog Eduactor Trainer certificate from Jothors Academy for Dog Trainers.

2 week $1800
3 week $2700
4 week $3500
2 week-Heel sit stay down come on leash no jumping and basic manners.
3 week- heel sit stay down come place. All with extended time and distance/ Behavior modification
4 week includes all these commands on and off leash
The 4 week is my preferred time for Agression. Severe cases may toke longer.
In home evaluation and lesson for 90 min with training and instruction. $175
Aggression cases additional $25
In home packages:
Basic 4 lesson package: $550
Intermediate 6 lesson package: $780
Advanced 8 lesson package: $1000
$25 for travel per lesson in home

How did you get started in this business?
I loved Steve Irwin's Pitbull and decided I needed to learn how to train dogs so I could have one like his. I worked for a pet resort and contacted trainers all around in 1999/2000. I then stumbled across Jothors Academy for Dog Trainers. I made a U turn went in and signed up for the program.
