What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers are welcome to come in to see our faciltiy any time.  To start using our services, please complete the registration found on our website.  We then call your vet to verify vacinations and call you to set up a Meet & Greet day.  This free day of daycare gives your dog a chance to experience a day here to endure he likes it before coming for daycare on a regular basis or board over night.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our staff goes through on the job and online training in dog communication, health, and safety.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Daycare:  A single day is $25 per day.  Or you have the option of purchasing  package of daycare at a discount.  

Boarding: We charge $38 per dog per night with a mutiple dog and extended stay discounts.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We so love watching our puppy guests grown into adult dogs.  We especially love getting to know our customers and are feel so lucky to share in their life events.  


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Definitely visit/tour any facility you are considering.  The dogs there should be happy and content.  The facility should be clean and well maintained.  And the staff should show that they love thier jobs.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Most importantly, is group play approrpriate for thier dog?
