I'm customer service oriented as well very reliable and I make booking as easy as Wag with my own app for customers to book or cancel as well as pay for walks. This makes the process more seamless and convenient.
I love being apart of so many families and contributing to their quality of life. What I do may seem small in the whole scheme of things but when one area of your life has been stabilized it radiates through other areas of the home so if I can be apart of providing you and your family with exceptional pet care that alleviates worry and concern of rather your or not pet is being loved and well taken care of then hopefully you will require that level of service in all your interactions be it the receiver or giver, than I've done a Job well done and I sleep very well at night.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with a meet and greet to discuss the needs of the client and pet as well as set expectaions with them. I provide clients with questionnaire and service agreement which outlines when and where service will take place as well as price. I then begin to wow and amaze them as much as I can to insure them they have made the right choice with my service. For new puppy owners I provide potty training, leash training as well as early developmental socialization by providing playdates with other pups comparable to your pup's personality and breed. With puppies my clients typically need 2-3 visits a day but I strive to get the pup down to one visit asap base on their growth and adaptivebility to get the onwer's out of pocket cost down.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from my own personal development as a pet lover and pet owner most of 37 years of life, I have cared for a variety of pets from the normal cat and dog to snakes, bird, hamsters, fish. I have not had the opportunity to care for farms animals but, I welcome a chance to learn in return for later service discounts or barter.
