The vendor came to our house ready to work and fully protected mask etc. Very professional. He explained what would be required for the repairs and the cost was provided prior to completion of work. After completing he clearly explained what he did, tested the thermostat with me watching to ensure all was working. Would definitely recommend. We are all set for HVAC now moving into the cooler weather. Thanks J & Cooling.

Excellent service and he went above and beyond. We were having issues with our crawl space furnace. Yes the worst place to have one. He came and diagnosed the issue one was a switch that keeps carbon monoxide from entering the vents. He replace the filter also and that was that. Well we were still having issues with the unit and the tech returned to our home the same day. Rechecked everything again then checked our thermostat. Our thermostat was also malfunctioning. This makes sense its really old. We got the price on a replacement but we declined. He let us know it would get us by as is, but will eventually fail. He let us know it was something we could wait on. Since this unit is old we will probably be replacing it before too long anyway so we kicked the can on down the road. Great service. Jarvis was super professional and friendly and did an excellent job for us. I would highly recommend and will be keeping his name for future service.
