About
We are a real estate development and investment firm, focused on single family residential construction and renovations in Atlanta. We work for clients as well as for our own developments. Our renovations are high quality, pristine realizations, though our pricing is quite competitive - due to our low overhead. We also handle repairs, renovations, code corrections, as well as kitchen and bathroom renovations, decks, basements renovations, roofs, gutters and stonework. Our project manager and supervisor is an architect and a builder with over 40 years of experience in design and construction.
We love improving properties, doing restoration work, additions, ameliorations, often taking a property to the next level, both from the space to the style and design aspect. We also enjoy seeing our clients building equity for their own, as we see any improvement made to a property with the investor's eye. We have worked on over 350 properties and we have seen it all, from basements transformed into amazing living spaces to attic spaces made in to master suites.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we provide estimates, we meet and listen to our customer's plans, needs and wishes. Only then do we advise on cost estimates. We also try to take some time to actually draft a plan the most desirable solution, before we finalize pricing. We help the Client with their permit process - if required. Then we start contruction, and usually, we are able to respect our schedule, finishing on time and per budget. We have been blessed over the years by repeated calls from the very same customers, as well as by countless referrals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Harvard and Columbia university Graduate in Architecture. I hold a degree in architecture at the University of Palermo in Italy, as well as the State Registry License. In 1990, I created AGP properties, LLC in Atlanta and handled over 170 projects and renovations. Building is second nature to me, as I was trained since age 14, by three famous Italian architects. I handle design, permits, contruction and finishing, including some interior design features. Aver 30 years of work in this area I have been able to select the best and most reliable contractors and suppliers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing always depends on level of finishes and we are unable to provide hints here. However, with a low overhead, we are very competitive, especially when compared to the quality of work we deliver. As for general considerations, our pricing is situated between the small contractors with a truck, which may often be overscheduled, kill you with change orders and (sometime) run away with your money - and the large luxury companies which overcharge you for the type of work delivered by as much as 200%.
How did you get started in this business?
I started at age 14, following around contruction sites my father. Then, I worked for numerous engineering firms and architects. I taught contruction and architecture at Georgia tech for 10 years, before I started my own contruction business. I am acode and permit expert, and I consult for clients experiencing bureaucratic issues on nvarious kinds of improvements and developments. I also designed numerous restaurants. I am 65 years old, therefore my experience stretches out back 50 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly residential owners, in addition to commercial developers, restaurant owners and chefs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My own restaurant Varuni-Napoli, a multiple award-winning high-end pizza restaurant.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Whtch out for the lwest pricing. It is often too good to be true. Ask questions, do a background checking, interview their last clients. There are way too many fly-by-night contractors with zero ethics and shabby training.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Same as above
